Dr. Cindy Joseph is a proud Westchester County native who has dedicated her career to serving the community she calls home. She completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Binghamton in just three years before being accepted into the competitive 3/4 Joint Degree Program at SUNY College of Optometry, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. With over 10 years of experience practicing in Westchester County, Dr. Joseph is committed to providing compassionate, advanced eye care with a strong connection to the local community.
